Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We are a small business that firmly believes and stands by all of its products.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 60 days. No questions asked. Any issues beyond the 60 days (whether it's a year or 20 years from now), Rawlogy will work with you one-on-one to make sure the products you use are helping with your mobility work.
How to Return or Exchange
Get in touch using our contact form and we will respond you within one business day (M-F).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (which can take up to 7 days to process). Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or PayPal account used for purchase. Rawlogy is unable to refund initial shipping fees and return shipping costs.
