The Classic is our original cork massage ball. It's about the size and firmness of a lacrosse ball at less than a third of the weight, so it comes along to the gym, the office or the trail. Roll out your back, hips, glutes and legs. 100% cork, with no plastic, PVC or petroleum, and grippy even when your skin is damp.

Marek Bowers on the trail with his pack

I wanted a massage ball light enough for an ultralight pack.

A lacrosse ball worked, but it was too heavy to carry. So I made one out of cork, tested it on trips in Yosemite, and handed them out at PCT trailheads. That's how Rawlogy started in 2019.
