Anju Jewelry is a sustainable jewelry brand that creates economic empowerment for artisans and their families. The company hand-crafts all of its pieces in India using traditional techniques. The business began in 1993 when Anju and Gaurav Agarwal moved to America and Anju began designing and making jewelry to sell at local craft fairs. Gaurav soon joined the business and, on a trip back to India, they partnered with a struggling group of artisans and moved manufacturing to India to provide consistent work. Today, Anju Jewelry still works with the same artisan group, improving their quality of life over the past 9 years.
